To many pounds of Tomatoes, Lots of Onions, Garlic, Celery, Some Sweet Green Bell Peppers, Minced Jalapeno, and a little Cayenne Pepper.
Plus a few more things I am keeping to my self safe and secure.
Going to keep a one-quart jar in the fridge as it is being eaten ASAP. Then sealed the rest up in my canning pot. I gave 2 away 2 small Jars and keeping the rest.
I did hit up Sams Club this morning to get 4 bags of Round Chips. They did not have the triangle ones. I also made 6 quarts of sweet pickles as well. I am going the leave the rest of the Salsa sit a few days so the flavors meld
