My buddy was telling me his Jerry Lees story. He and some other guys went there one day at lunch time and it was hot summer time. While waiting in line they were watching a guy mix up the boudin stuff in a big tub. The guy had long gloves on and when he got tired he would hold up his arms and sweat ran out of the gloves into the boudin mix.
