Voting is the responsibility of a citizen, even if voting may not necessarily be obligatory. To not vote seems to me to be an abrogation of one's responsibility as a citizen, regardless of one's politics.

Well I called the number and got a bit more information

I know of an individual who had a can of 4064 go bad on the shelf. When the can was opened the smell reeked. Yes it was part of the recall batch.
This is old news but it doesn't hurt to throw out a reminder every so often.
