Really appreciate all the kind words, guys. I’ve certainly done more than my share of killing animals. I’m pretty certain I get more enjoyment giving them and other first timers their opportunities to ground check animals.

Oldest nephew with his first deer taken two years ago with an old Remington 742 Woodsmaster in .243 at 146 yards. Don’t know who was happier...him, his dad or me!

Excellent shot!!! 146yrds ain’t no chip shot for an up and comming hunter!!! Heck I know some self proclaimed pros who can’t make that shot
