Online Conceal Carry Training

This is what I've heard a lot of people do. But in Louisiana there is no online course.

Friend of mine told me he took an online course and I didn't believe him. He shows me a certificate signed by an instructor that is from Virginia. I asked what about the shooting part and he didn't know. I told him more then likely he got a good one pulled on him.

Just an FYI, Louisiana residents must obtain a Louisiana Concealed Handgun Permit to carry concealed in the state of Louisiana. Non-resident permits from another state may be applicable for states other than Louisiana, but you must have a Louisiana CHP as a Louisiana resident.
