    Sometime shortly before 9am a gunwoman entered into the shool I attend, Louisiana Technical College BR, and shoot two female students, and then turned the gun on herself. All three are dead. The word at school is that it is over an argument that has been ongoing.
    Really, sucks. How much do you want to bet the shooter did not legally aquire the gun?

    dude i saw this on cnn and all i heard was "baton rouge school shooting" i freaked i thought it was my cousins school or something..

    But yea,even if it was illegally acquired "if there were less firearms and they were harder to get ths wouldnt happen" yea right, because we all know that jethro and jamal both sell pistols that their buddies stole from some dudes house.

    Seriously as all these school shootings begin happening.. im going to recommend that a few of our teachers arms themselves and im going to keep a nice blade on me... everyone at my school has a Kershaw in their pocket lol

    OFFTOPIC: anyone reccomend a good knife, i want it to be durable and under $30.

    I'm not sure a knife is really a realistic solution against an active shooter. I would rather go hand to hand and try to disarm.

    With that said, I carry a Spyderco folder. They also make fixed blade combat knives for about $50. Tim's Knives on Sherwood Forest has them in stock and he's very knowledgeable.

    Depends on what you want. I carry either a Gerber Paraframe or a CKRT M16-10. Those are folders. The CKRT would probably be better for you due to blade length. Doesn't LA have that law where a folder blade can't be more than 4" or it counts as a concealed weapon?
