Don't forget, that area has turkey also..at least around big lake reserve there is.
Got little black bears that roam around in there too, but you shoot one and you'll be singing, "back on the chain gang".....
I've seen some big bucks come out of there, used to bow hunt in tensas back in the mid to late 80's. Killed my first deer with a bow while living in Winnsboro.

Please define "managed"

Is there a place to put a travel trailer....set up camp? Fresh water ? Existing food plots ?

What about access ? Any roads cutting thru the lease ? What about cattle or others with access to the property ?

when I say managed I mean the previous bunch wasn't allowed to just go in and shoot everything that moved. It was either limited by points or the type of hunting you could do. There are places to set up travel trailers but no running water. No cattle on the land. There is a road that's public access it but it doesn't go through the entire property and is mainly for access to the lake. there should be existing food plots.

as soon as it dries I will take another tour of the property
