Trusts are a no go in LA from what I can tell, LLC's are nothing to form I hear. Just go to Sec. of State, fill out the form and pay the fee. After that, its just navigating which "Form X1ABC9er" to fill out

I have a trust prepared by an attorney, 1 can, 3 SBRs, and no problems yet. The problem is that there not many attorneys that do trust work anymore or want to.

YMMV but mine has been good so far.:D
