Sad, the Mexicans did not create this, the USA did. That is the one and only point that they are correct to criticize us for.

Yeah whats sad is the fact that those high dollar collector guns will end up into the Chief of Police Private Collection as well as some local Politicians. I grew up in Central America so I know how the system works, this guy cut somebodys "salary" off and they gave him in. Also keep in mind eventhough he is in jail its not like you guys think, he has his own holding area with all of his compadres in it he gets unlimited visitation and he even hes all the things he would have at home included a tv, a computer with internet access and of course a phone, they also bring prostitutes for him and his compadres weekly for them to continue to feel like men and not have to do each other. He will continue to run his business from inside the jail it has been done way too many times and it will continue to be done, Mexican Officials make themselves look good by turning guys like this in at this point the US stops following the cases since they are already in jail and the BG gets to do what they want from inside the jail.

The cause of all this our failed "war on drugs". Prohibition created a highly profitable and violent underground market. The "war on drugs" is no different.
Edit: Our policy isn't the only cause. We've created an environment for scum to thrive in, but its not our fault that they're scum.

On one of the other placards it states .38 Super, that 1911 frame could've been .38 Super or a rare .38spl wadcutter but the only .357Mag 1911 frames are the LAR Grizzly or the Coonan Arms model A and model B, and they have distinct frame configurations.
