    I Love OD on guns. I painted my ak-47 with the camo od paint from wally world, mostly just to see what it would look like.

    Well now I want to get it coated.

    +1 on the green wood! I have been wanting to try this for a while now.

    I got some hungarian wood that I'm gonna bleach it then dye it with some green stain like I did with my PSL furniture.

    That came out sweet! I like the wood, but it is brighter than the OD on the metal and doesn't quite match. Maybe if you were to come behind that with some black stain to darken the grain a bit, you would get a little more contrast between the wood and metal. Not knockin' it, tho... I love the look!

    Its not as bright in person.And I prolly should have used a flatter clear coat.
