Thanks all! I actually bought a Hi-Point 995TS.

I know I know, it's what the crim's buy, right? I was looking for something that wasn't too powerful and I didn't really want a pistol, so, someone told me about these carbines, and I picked one up after looking at all the reviews I could.

I would suggest scaring the heck out of her with the crazy videos people post. Luckily my wife had the heck scared out of her by working for the Department of Children and Families. She changed her tune from anti-gun to pro-gun in a week period.
