The cost would be the same either kit, the receiver with trunnions is $150.
I was considering one of these at $450 built , would there be any other costs involved other than the $80 receiver and $270 kit? $350 seems like a good deal for this type of rifle.

The only problem you would have buying the kit without the trunnions, and the receiver with the trunnions installed, would be head spacing issues due to the kit not matching.
I may get this and try to build ak-fpk
