    and buying a 700PSS .308

    Gun is used for putting holes in paper and hunting.

    Should I bother? How is the recoil between the two? Ammo availability? I know I'll end up paying a few hundred out of pocket after the sale but I should have plenty time before hunting season comes back around.

    Upon further research and review, I think I'll keep the savage and just upgrade the trigger and stock.

    Does anyone know if someone makes a larger/tactical bolt for the 110? I'm a lefty with an RH gun so I think a bigger bolt handle might make my life a little easier also.

    buy a LH bolt action. Savage is one of the few that produce LH bolt in almost if not everything they produce. Or you could give your left nut and get a custom build like I am doing :D
