    Are any high capacity magazines available for the Remington model 597 in 22 magnum ? I know a 25 and 30 round mags are available for the .22 long rifle.

    I dont think they have any. I have the 597 in .22mag and its one of my fav guns. I would love for them to have at least a 10 or 20 round mag.

    Happy to hear you like it, I'm probably going to purchase one in the next week or so, once I find a decent price. It would be wicked with high capacity magazines .

    I free floated the barrel on mine and added some texture for grip. Painted the stock OD Green and the texture black. Turned out very nice and a def. shooter.

    The 597 22 magnum is a great gun. Just don't buy one in 17 HMR. Those have been recalled and Remington will give you a whole $200 for the $300+ gun you just bought.
    Unless you can pick one up for $100 and sell it to Remington for $200

    I just bought a Remington model 597 .22 magnum. Great for coyotes I hope. Should arrive soon. Sure with I could get a 50 round drum like the one for my Ruger 10/ 22
