my dad has a 30.06 m77
nice rifle. 300 win mag is a great caliber. a light load for whitetail, medium loads for slightly larger game, and a heavy load for large or dangerous game. if i had 500$ and could hunt more i'd jump on this, someone here must have a need for a good hunting rifle.
