They are talking about his new place not the hole in the wall he was using until he could get into his new shop.

His new place is big in fact it was a big bodyshop. He now has a factory heated paint booth, sand blasting room, display room , main office and a break room. and a shop are twice the size of his old shop.

I helped him move in wooooooo it was a chore.

I think it was a WISE move to give up the range. They are just a lawsuit waiting to happend and the Insurance $$$$$.
