If it is an AUTOMATIC weapon, that means when you pull the trigger, the weapon constantly fires until it is empty and puts this weapon in a class where one has to have a Tax stamp to own.
If the weapon is a SEMI-automatic, the weapon will fire ONE round for every time you pull the trigger and DOES NOT fall in the category of a NFA weapon.
Looks to be in pretty good shape for it's age.

I just wanted to add a quick note to my fellow BSers. I will be including a box and a holster. However, I think both of those are for an older Ruger Single Action revolver. Even though wood grips are pictured, I do have black plastic grips for the gun. Also, two mags are included.
