Looking for any of the issues from the 80'-02' period.

I'm working on a project to scan older issues (articles only) not available for purchase, as well as work my way thru the latest volumes I have on hand.

Willing to pay shipping (to/from), maybe FTF drop-off or outright sell possibly. Would send a copy of the finished product as well.

Have you contacted The Backwoodsman to see if they have old copies?

They only have issues available from 02' to present.

Thought about buying some of the earlier "best of" volumes, but want to hold out for now to see how many originals (pre 02') I can come up with before I move on to the available issues.

I'll find em' sooner or later because they have one of the highest subscription renewals in the industry.

I have all of the best of issues and they are great, but I would rather have the actual issues do to the best of issues leaving out most of the pictures. It is truly a great magazine.

If you ever did your scans of back issues, let me know, I wouldn't mind adding them to my collection
A year or two back I was doing a similar project for older back issues of the old American Survival Guide that I owned to fill in the gaps of the issues of that magazine that are usually available.
Unfortunately I couldn't get people to loan me back copies from prior than the late 80s so the project hit a wall for me
Understandable, since who wants to risk loaning a limited resource out to a stranger
