Disagreement arose at work, people with no recollection insisting there was never any pyramid house a few doors down from the castle in the Irish Bayou area, can't find any online as a quick end to the dispute. Anyone have any photos of, or know a resource for photos of that particular house? Please post them up if you do. Thanks!

It wasn't a pyramid so much as a "A" frame

No, it was a pyramid, it came to a point, not a wedge, and sloped all the way down on four sides. I'd gotten so used to seeing them (it and the castle) there that I barely paid attention anymore, and can't even remember if it had still been standing prior to Katrina. With so many people having no recollection, I'm thinking it might have been torn down prior to the storm.

I found these when I was trying to find my own proof. Maybe this will win you a prize.

Whoa, resolution to an eight year old thread! Thanks! I can't even remember who I was having the argument with about whether it existed or not.
