Im looking to buy a 9mm for the first time. Mainly to carry on the boat or take with me hunting as a backup. I can really only spend about $300 or less. If anyone has any advice or has one they are looking to sell, please let me know. Bill of sale is a must. Im in the Metarie area and can travel if needed. Thank you

    Get a new Kel-Tec pf9 or p11.

If you're married to the $300 budget, they're hard to beat.

If you can scrounge another bill, the Ruger SR9C is a great gun.

MAY be picking up another for wife once she shoots mine.

Or she may tell you she wants a divorce.

I shoot big guns and I HATE to shoot a PF-9 cause it recoils so bad. It's like a cherry bomb going off in your hand. Great for carry and you can't beat the price though.

Haha, i actually dont find it as bad as everyone claims. Its snappy, but not hand crushing.

She shot it yesterday and actually likes it. Agrees that its snappy, but worth it for concealability.

Kinda like a shotgun. Shoot it 50 times at rabbits and you never feel it. But squeeze off one round patterning that thing and DAYUM THAT FREAKIN HURTS! Hopefully, we never have to shoot at that rabbit*BG*
