I'm looking to buy a Smith and Wesson 686, pre-lock in excellent condition. Box papers and original grips are nice but not mandatory. I am looking for all barrel lengths EXCEPT 4". I am looking for all dashes EXCEPT -2. PM me with what you have. BR area please.

Found one! Now have the 2.5" and 4". I will be bumping this back up in the near future for a 6" and 8 3/8"!

Yep, his 686 4" is an awesome price but I already have a 4"!! So just looking for 2.5, 3, and 6. Can't remember if they made a 5". I think they may have for one of the special editions of it.

Not to split hairs my friend but it was available in 2 1/2", 4", 6", and 8 3/8"

My research told me there was a 686 National Security made in 1992 for a short time in 3".... but I guess that's why I keep you around :)

Edit, here is a video of a CS-1 in 3"

That's what I thought. I'm not opposed to special runs. Doesn't mean I can afford them, but I definitely won't rule them out!
