The NBPP is the "Brown Shirts" of the Obama regime. The DOJ and AG Holder will give them a pass on anything that helps to move the president's initiative forward. Just like they did with the '08 voter intimidation issue.

No, they are not the brown shirts. They are a fringe group our glorious leader happens to agree with and therefore any "discretion" is ignored.
These yahoos can't instill fear of the regime, if they try intimidation down here in the south they're going to end up in some bayou somewhere. They may get away with it vs the pansies up north, but those states are going to lean Obama anyway.
