yep I've bought it at Whole Foods. Its at the corner of Corporate and Jefferson in the Town Center shopping center. On the other hand World Market has a great selection of wine and gourmet snacks at decent prices.

Dave, hit up central market next time you get close to Houston. They sell it. Its a little sweeter than beef with a lower fat content per ounce. I think it makes a great burger patty.

It's also all hormone free, because it is illegal to use hormones, etc. on Buffalo, from what I understand. So basically, any buffalo meat you buy is "organic".
