    I got an email from him today. He is in Afghanistan. Tomorrow they will show him how to shoot a remotely operated 50 cal on the top of his Stryker. Since he has been there, he has been a driver.

    My son learned how to operate the remotely controlled 50 cal and MK19 just before he left for Afghanistan in Jan but has not used it yet. He has been using the 50 the old fashion way. LOL
