A drop-free mag falls out or is forcefully ejected on the ground when you press the mag release.

So would you have to "Pull" these out of the magwell once they are empty? How are these different from a new mag I would buy from say botachtactical.com today?

not once they are empty, but the new one drop free at all times, and have the relief cuts for the SF versions of G Units..
