Can't believe I didn't know about this site until yesterday!

My name is Lee Thornton, and I've been a gun-nut as far back as I can remember. Recently, I've gotten the NFA buying bug and have been adding those to my herd of goodies.

Excellent! From my travels I have come to know that the average "cook" in Louisiana is a 5 star chef compared to most places.

You are right about that! I used to travel all over for Hilton Hotels opening their different chains. Every day Joe here in LA can make the dish work, lol. I just smoked 30 lbs of chicken sausage(all chicken, no pork) the other day, some goooood stuff!
