What happened to objectivity and non bias in journalism? When I minored in journalism at UNO,20 or so years ago, that was the one thing that was preached and was etched in stone. I guess they're teaching a whole new ball game nowadays.

Journalistic integrity is no longer etched in stone, it's closer to being scratched in sand.

Didn't know he existed until that idiotic rant.

Me either. He talks about our "gun culture". He's got it half right. Culture. A culture where rappers glorify drugs, violence, and women are nothing but Hoe's. Death and drugs are glorified as a way of life. I suppose it's the gun mfg's fault many of these kids grow up not knowing who their sperm donor fathers are. I suppose it's also the gun lobby's fault these kids drop out of school. Why did Fox even give this idiot a mouth piece.

Sue me for not feeling any guilt- NONE- as a gun owner for what happened. :dunno:

I refuse to take an ounce of responsibility for the savage behavior of others. I guess in the twisted minds of people like Costas & $hitlock, that makes me a bad person.

    Good. :redfinger:

My take away is that Bob Costas is so stupid on this topic that he had to plagerize from someone less stupid than himself. Looking at how stupid the original author is, I have to conclude that Costas is the global village idiot.

Costas is acting like gun ownership is something new. This guy is a freaking leftie fool. The news media as a whole has been stirring the pot for years and now they have a puppet in the whitehouse that they put there.

So let me see if I got that correct. If Jovan Belcher would not have had access to a gun he and his wife would still be alive. No, he would have just used a knife, a club or his fists. This is the mentality of the assholes that want to rely on government to do EVERYTHING including protect them. It's not the governments responsibility to protect us... although they do seem to want to protect us from ourselves quite often these days huh? How about this; how about every time we as citizens have a car stolen or have a crime perpetrated against us we simply just sue law enforcement and the government for allowing it to happen? After all, they say we don't need to protect ourselves right? What a crock of bs a mile high.

I guess there are two ways this can end in America. We get some good leadership in the government, or what is happening in the middle east will break out here. Oppress the people long enough and they will fight back. Thing is, Americans won't be using rocks and bottles to launch their assault. Oh well, I am ready for either.
