Holder's dereliction of duty and oath breaking comes from his belief system and his puppet master/friend's way of politicking. The next Holder could be far worse! I just hope the next one has a smidgen of integrity more than the previous one. That one attribute would be a thousand times what we have now.

This is to allow POTUS to appoint a replacement and get them approved before they lose control of the Senate. Dems can see that they will lose control and everything is going to be rammed through before January, or as much as they can. You can bet on that.
