hmm.. i submitted a form 1 SBR around same time. they charged my card within 4 days.

Got my last Form 1 approved 01/16/2016 on a Trust. With the post 41F changes, what CLEO would you submit your copy to for East Baton Rouge?

I have several people on the trust that aren't going to like having to do finger prints, may just have to go individual now.

I think you may be mistaken. Sadly, E-File for form 4s has not been around for quite some time, so yours had to have been a paper filing. I don't have the date handy but I believe it was sometime in 2014 or 2015 that it was taken down. Then they took away E-File form 1s with 41F.

In any event congrats! Few things are better than getting your form in. I think the latest date back we have seen in 6/16 but we have some before that we are waiting on and a ton after.

It won't be long. Filed Form four 9 July 2016 and FFL estimates first week of May, based on others being received. My brother file third week of June and got his yesterday,
