He has as much credibility as you do, for now. If it is factual it is a good post. Unless you have proof that it isn't factual then it is you that can keep posts to yourself.

I am going to sell steroids tomorrow too! But I can prove it.

The burden of proof rests with him.

    Allright then,

Seeing as we are not that far away from one another, I will bet you a beer that Murder 1 does not stick!

The bet should be whether he is charged with 1st degree or not. Whether a charge sticks or not can only be determined after trial. If the kid cops a plea, even if it is to a lesser included offense, the bet is voided because a plea means nothing. People plead to offenses they haven't committed to have certainty in their life and avoid potential catastrophic results. They also cop to lesser included offenses when they have commited the greater offense to avoid potential catastrophic results. If he takes a plea, how would we be able to determine why and therefore who should win the bet?

Again he was CHARGED with 1st... Unless he doesn't take a plea, or is exonerated by any other crediable witnesses, 1st will stick.. They DA most likely offer a plea to 2nd..

As sad as it the following is gonna sound.. please sit down:

The local metro community in which Clinton is apart of (yes Baton Rouge Metro area, even though it is miles from the metropolis) is a commuters home. Baton Rouge, is topping the murder capital of the country. There are savages running around with AK's, Pistols, Drugs, etc etc a JURY of his PEERS. 18-40 yr old responsible citizens will give him the needle if he fights 1st, to send a message, a clear concise message..

Just like they did today... 2x 6 yr flat consecutive sentences for agg battery, and the defense is calling it excessive.. 2 ppl were permanently paralyzed and he got 12 flat. Come on dude.. Pull head out of sand.. A shooting in which 1 person died, and they have the shooter.. At least MEM has someone to write to in Angola, since his interweb juju is losing its strength.

I heard about this from friends, I know him personally as an aquantiance but that is it. I do know that when one of the conversations we had turned to health he offered to sell me some steroids.

    End of my 2 cents.

So how much and what did he offer? Tes, Deca, Win V? Injections or Tabs?

Sorry Narco, it is late and I forgot he was charged with 1st already. Proper charge in my book. I think you are right on the money. I also think that the DA will offer 2nd and his attorney will tell him to take it.

Good point, but as Narco pointed out he has already been charged.

I see your point. He will only possibly get the needle if "convicted" of Murder 1 though. Fight or plea, a tough decision indeed.

Honest truth this was 6 months ago, and since I have not done drugs in 10 years the lingo he used escapes me they were not injections though. He claimed he got them from online or over seas from one of his contacts. I turned the subject away from health and weight loss and got onto a different one. After that conversation I never really felt comfortable around him.

Good point, but as Narco pointed out he has already been charged.

Yes he was arrested and booked, with 1st.. Now depending on what the DA bills to the grand jury as, IIRC Capital Cases have to go to the Grand Jury. I could be wrong, but I am tired. East Feliciana should have a grand jury already selected for the month.

Good for you. I recently had steroids shot into my knee, by a doctor. But, they didn't come from a 19 YO or "off the street".

I'm just sayin a guy posted something and another guy said that guy #1 didn't have credibility. I say guy #1 has credibility until proven otherwise. Just because it is guy#1's first post doesn't mean he is a liar.

I know you are highly doubtful, but should some other evidence or testimony be provided, charges could be reduced?

I guess the good thing is, things can't really get much worse for the guy.

You see, what you have openly confessed to doing could be portrayed as conspiracy to posses Sch III.. and Anthony was in violation of either attempted distribution or conspiracy to deliver Sch III.. The WOD is a nasty.. The fact of you knowledge that he was importing them through international means would get the DEA/CUSTOMS and the dreaded POSTAL Inspectors involved. Good for you if you have broken ties.

Didn't someones dogs get shot to ****, flashbangs thrown, and MIB racing through the house over some marijuana being delivered via the mail... somewhere up north?

I am not a lawyer, or a DA.. but as a concerned taxpaying law abiding citizen, I will say that unless, someone can convince the same beyond a reasonable doubt that it was in self defense, heat of the moment, or accidental, a jury in this current climate, would rather spend the 30K per year in tax dollars to have him sit up at Angola, than to release him back to his home community.

My point is you can't just go aroung making claims without backing them up with proof. It is just hearsay without proof. I guess we will find out if Bob is telling the truth if he is subpoenad to testify under oath...

Sorry for the rocky welcome Bob...but Welcome!
