ive got pictures of tracks from some type or large cat in baton rouge. Parents neighbor says he saw it and it was light brown colored. But you are correct, they aren't "suppose" to be here. But they certainly are.

There are no panthers in Louisiana and no coral off the coast of Florida!

It amazes me...as do many things political, why DWLF deny the animals are here...while they may have another name such as Jagurundi...they are still BIG cats in brown and black colors. I just don't see the purpose in DWF being so broad in denial of something so many people know is real

All they know or will admit to is what they are told. It is very difficult to be a free thinker when you work for the govt. As the govt grows, more and more individual thought is squished. All the while, the rest of us are being taught from childhood to trust the govt with an ever increasing amount of our lives.

Brainwashing and indoctrination. If you don't see it, you are already too far gone...

    IMHO... =-)

Could you shoot the thing and stuff or would they try to say its not hunting season??

    Me,
"Why yes your honor it tried to attack me, that is why I shot it!"

    Judge,
"I know you shot it, but it was a broadside shot with a Remington 700 .308. So how could he have been attacking you?"

From a range of 250 yards.

Nah, a .308 won't go out that far.

Never saw it in person, but there was a big cat patrolling the creek behind my house a few years back. Havnt seen the tracks in a few years, but dont spend much time on the creek anymore either. I am no small guy and the print was larger than my palm- say palm and about 2/3 of my fingers in size.
The have been seen (black and non black ones) in the area local to me (cat island area) for many years.
I love the response from the local game wardens though "they dont exist" So, I can kill it if I see one? "you will go to jail" for shooting something that does not exist? "yup"

Supposedly, "Bigfoot" doesn't exist, but if I see one in my backyard during the family BBQ, I will kill it.

    setting you free!
I appreciate it gorilla. I'm not to stuck on myself to think I can't learn. That's why my buddy said I can be sort of a reserve attendant for the classes.

We were able to zoom in on the animal and took pictures of it walking along the fence line,” said Touchet. “I was able to get one of it marking its territory.”

    and the pictures are ???

    I hate black panthers...

The jaguarundi is a small cat native to South America. These aren't jaguarundi.

    F'n liars!
