      Hi, my name is Ron from no. ga 75 yrs with a failing memory.. Got an old Marlin 1889 or 1898 12 ga handed down from my Dad, trying to replace forearm but can't remember how to get slide action off to remove barrel. Any help would be greatly appreaceated
