      You’re probably right, but I’m trying to cut weight while doing it, so it’s got me at a bit of a handicap. I’m eating in a deficit all the time. I’ll probably end up reassessing in three months and adjusting from there. For some reason I always gain slow as hell on bench. Everything else...

      Good to hear you got a new job. Hopefully your recovery snowballs quickly into something good. This year I’m aiming for a 1400 pound 3 lift total. I’m assuming it will be something close to a 630 pound deadlift, 455 squat, 315 bench.

      Depends on the IP cameras and the analog cameras. Generally speaking it doesn’t matter what the cable is, unless you’re looking for super high performance, beyond what pretty much anyone needs in residential applications.

      Absolutely correct. Still, it’s good information for people to have, especially when they start looking into cans, so they understand what they’re buying and why they’re buying it. If you tell someone they’re going from 150db to 120db some will see it as a 20% reduction, not a 1000 to 1 reduction.

      Worth noting, decibels are an order of magnitude distinction. 160 decibels is 10 times louder than 150 decibels. 170 decibels is 100 times louder than 150 decibels.
