      Ribs Skin and season (Cut rack in 2)(Max of 2 racks will fit) I set them on the rack 23 minutes (Meat setting) In the oven with sauce for 15 minutes@ 325 I put a cup of apple juice and a pack of onion cup a soup in the bottom.

      I am almost finished with our raffle pit for the Hammond BBQ competition in late March. This years pit is a custom UDS (Ugly Drum smoker). The tickets will be on sale at Alack Culinary in Hammond after Thanksgiving.
