Police looking for escaped prisoner Leon Ruffin in Gretna.
Prisoner Leon Ruffin in prison for 2nd degree murder escaped from police custody after supposedly faking medical issues and pepper spraying cop while at or on the way to hospital. Stole officers vehicle and is now on the run in Gretna. Stay strapped- Kevin C
