      What tips would you give a first time shooter?

      1. Treat the gun as if it's always loaded. 2. The muzzle is never pointed toward someone (unless you intend to shoot them). 3. Practice and become comfortable shooting your weapon.

      Bush's daughters had Secret Service protection as adults. Bush signed a directive before he left office to extend their protection beyond the normal period. I have seen Jenna Bush Hager on Tulane's campus twice, and she definitely had security guards but I don't know if they were federal or private.

      Mottled ducks often fly tightly as pairs, whereas others are in larger groups. That's the first clue before you are close enough to discern what they are. You still have to be careful with your targeting since the limit is one mottled duck.

      Electronic hearing protection

      Was out shooting clays recently and used the Sig ear protection. It was a little difficult to get them placed in my ears, but they did a good job of dampening the noise. I'd recommend taking a look at these if you are in the market for hearing protection.
