      you can get different temps of light also , if you go with a 8 foot strip with 4, 4 foot t8 lamps, a 6500 k lamp will give off a brighter (a little bluish )light . some people don't like them, but I dislike soft and cool white ( 3500k )..

      The breakers do not have to be right above one another either , just on opposite phases. The serious problem I see here if you are feeding the fan/light with two different circuits what neutral is carrying the unbalanced load back to the panel?? if they are using multi wire branch circuits you...

      I am actually only 44. caught the housing market in south Florida just rite.. moved here in 2005. Made the move before we were to old to re-establish ourselves somewhere else.

      I love it here , it reminds me of south Florida 30 years ago , without the ocean. We moved due to congestion and schools ( I don't speak good Spanish ).
