      Just to clarify, my DL reports Veteran as a result of DD214. I am not a retired vet. But the question still is if the regulation applies to Veterans without a permit who can conceal carry when the regulation says "holders of Louisiana concealed handgun permit".

      Your take on the use of a Tomahawk?

      It is a lot better for cutting wood than a knife. I've been miles from a boat ramp and cut a shear pin for a boat motor from an old nail found in a board that had been washed up in the marsh by more than likely a hurricane tide. Probably couldn't have done that with a knife.
