      seems like you're on the right track. my first holster was junk, but practice and planning ahead has helped me progress. I learned a lot from watching videos from the phillyedc chanel on youtube.

      So it's been a while since I posted here, but I have bee practicing with the holsters and made a huge improvement. So far I have made 2 glock holsters, 1 Taurus pt-111, 1 ruger sr22, and am currently making one for my Taurus pt640 and trying a revolver. I also started making my own belt loops...

      I still have to trim the holster and then retention will be adjusted once the halves are attached. It is pretty snug but the kydex flexes enough at the opening to draw and holster properly. I'm going to order some more kydex to practice with other thicknesses.
