      Is pending review a normal processing step? I was supirised getting the email because of it being Saturday morning.

      Hi... I mailed mine in the beginning of March. I received a email 4-5-17 saying mine was accepted. Then this morning, 4-8-17 I got a email saying it's 'pending review' ... so hopefully it won't be long. :)

      where I took my class they had a notary come there. I paid for the notary and sent my application in the mail. Why wouldn't the instructor say we could do the application online? Really makes me upset now looking back. I'm a newbie in CC but should have researched (like I do everything else)...

      Looks like it for online submissions. I don't understand why in my class I took we did them by mail.

      Even if you fill it out online, the affidavits still need to be notarized, from what I read..
