    It'll probably get thrown out. He was convicted on an extremely subjective "crime". The "victim" didn't didn't press charges or even feel like they were a victim of anything. It's like watching children in pretend court making up stuff as they go.

    NY has painted themselves into a corner.

    To keep businesses from leaving and investors going elsewhere, they will have to admit that this is a Trump only persecution, er, prosecution. Since Leticia James ran on “I’mma git Trump”, it’s not that hard to believe.

    If they try to say that everyone is treated equally under the law, I can’t imagine any investor that would even consider the investing in NY after the bullspit that we just all witnessed. And if I was doing business in NY, I would be doing absolutely EVERYTHING to GTFO.
