I have never smoked it, but I know that it won't get anyone high by just eating it unless it is actually heated first. That's why people either smoke it or eat it in the form of a baked or heated confection.

Every time I think of New Orleans, I think about the aftermath of Katrina. The NO police department was getting 100’s of thousands of dollars from the Federal Government to help supplement officers pay. Turns out they claimed way more officers than actually worked there. Remember how the police chief resigned soon after the storm. To my knowledge no one was ever prosecuted. Don’t you just love Chocolate cities?
