Good point! -And it would be better weight distribution to have the mag on opposite pants side of the LCP so I think I'd leave the mag slot empty and keep spare mag in other pocket loose like you do.

When you pull back the slide to normally engage the trigger it doesn't stay back (when unloaded) like it used to and it won't engage the trigger to dry-fire it.

When the cylinder is open it spins freely BUT if it's loaded and open then the rim of each cartridge rubs up against the nib on the side of the gun, so must be a reason for that?!? To load it without the cylinder spinning freely...
