Yeah, pretty loud with russian ammo. Can't buy subsonic, so I don't know... You can't shoot it off in the backyard. But it's got about a half inch muzzle jump and you can shoot it without ears. So it's more tacticool than practicool.

Could be. Statute of limitations on theft is 2-4 years, depending on the circumstances. There is also small claims court that I am considering. Haven't decided yet.
