Up for sale is my Springfield Mil-Spec 1911-A1. I don't know how old it is, because I bought it from the original owner who had it for several years. The manual that's included has a printing date of 2001 so I assume it was manufactured around that date...just a guess though.

I bought this gun new from Academy several weeks back to carry, but something else came up that I want more. ;)
It's never been fired except for the single round the factory fires. I ordered an extra magazine directly from Springfield as soon as I bought the gun, and am still waiting on it...
I drove from Lafayette for that crap. I saw a guy sell (2) AR's parked next to me for double what he had just paid for them. I walked to the line, walked back to my car and then went to Cabela's. After seeing that mess I had a snack at the gas station and drove home (best part of the day)!

Just ordered my KIDD receiver and it should be here in a few days. With all the parts I have ordered...I assembled my stock gun back together last night! :D
