WTT: Norinco 54-1
Has both 7.62x25 and 9mm barrels and 4 magazines total....2 for each caliber. I have shot about 200 rounds thru it of both calibers and it ran flawlessly. Nowhere did I state anyone and everyone should be carrying a gun. No one is mandated to have to own a gun, it is a personal choice. Many people do not want that responsibility and I respect that. The average CCW issue time?
I took the class on 8/22. Hand delivered the paper application and did the electronic fingerprints in Baton Rouge on 8/28. Was issued on 9/8 and I received in the mail on 9/18. Pretty quick.- tkben002
