      thanks for the link are all the stages setup in the pistol bays?, or do y'all use the rifle range also? reason i ask is that i plan on bringing my rifle sat., and want too make sure the rifle range is open.

      berwick is about in the middle of it all lol 30 min from houma, 1.5 hrs from lafayette, and new orleans. 1 hr from baton rouge. appreciate the info, but i have a crazy work schedule during the week, and sometimes the weekend. i am going to try too go to the ssc sat, and sun.

      cool thanks, for the info i will definitely jump into the higher class as i get more comfortable, as i am building a race gun. all i have left too do is get the trigger done, and fit a match grade barrel too it.

      back about five years ago i would shoot in the 22 silhouette match held at the range. i just never did any pistol matches with the whole nine yards aka drawing from holster, reloads and such.

      any regulations on firearms? open sites, and or optics? about how much ammo should one bring? entry fee? i will bring what i need and if i feel comfortable i will participate. (thinks to himself if i am not on call? am i?:confused:)

      maybe, but on a similar note i will drive my blood pressure through the roof worrying about it if i plan on participating. the reason for such, is i have never been part of any type of pistol shoot, and if i do not know every particular thing about it i won't be able to prepare for it the way...

      i see in the second pic that the primers are staked in, which is a good sign to say they are a berdin primer which is not re loadable. but too now for sure pull a bullet dump the powder, and look inside and if you see on primer hole in the center it may be re loadable, but if there is two...
