      Article 894 marijuana poss.misdemeanor

      I pled guilty to poss.of marijuana 1st offense under art.894 in 2008. Completed the 6 months inactive probation with no problem got it expunged in 2009 and was wondering would this be a problem when I try to purchase a firearm and do I have to wait 5years?
