Where are the syrup makers ?????
Is your press hand cranked? I'am originally from Ky. and we used a mule tied to a long pole going around in circles to operiate the press. The juice was boiled down into a thick syrup, Are you using sugar cane? We use sorgum which I think is related to sugar cane.- tomc
