HB 279 requiring cleo to sign off within 15 days
Your thread is a little misleading. "HB 279 would require CLEO certification for NFA". Should read, "HB 279 would require CLEO to sign off within 15 days of receipt." This will keep CLEO's from not signing off just because they don't want to.- Freedombyforce

HB277 Passed by Senate today
It took 4 months starting in Jan 2013 to get my SBR Paperwork back from LA. It has taken 5 months for my local Class3 dealer to get his LA paperwork back for my suppressor so i still have to go through that whole process again.
